Webinar terms of service
This webinar is hosted by Sundal Roy, through Samsara by Sundal Roy, (“the Host”) a limited liability company registered in the United Kingdom.
This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in any webinar or group session ("Webinar") facilitated by the Host. By registering for and attending the Webinar, the Participant ("You") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in full.
1. Nature of the Offering
This Webinar is an educational and exploratory experience, intended to support personal insight, reflection, and energetic awareness. It is not designed as a professional training, certification, or licensing program. No part of the Webinar confers the right to teach, reproduce, or commercially apply the content.
The information shared does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, therapeutic, or professional advice. The Host is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed therapist, financial advisor, lawyer, or any other registered professional. No claims of healing or predictive outcomes are made. You are responsible for your own choices, interpretations, and actions as a result of your participation.
2. Intellectual Property
All content shared during the Webinar—including but not limited to language, structure, format, processes, concepts, guided exercises, transmissions, and materials—is the sole intellectual property of the Host.
By participating, you agree not to copy, record, distribute, replicate, reverse-engineer, hybridise, or create derivative works from any portion of the Webinar content, in part or in whole. Use of any Webinar material for commercial purposes, including workshops, programs, books, digital offerings, or consulting, is strictly prohibited without express written permission from the Host.
Intellectual property infringement, including unauthorized use or disclosure of the content, will be considered a breach of this Agreement. In such cases, legal action may be taken to seek injunctive relief, financial damages, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
3. Confidentiality
The Webinar is intended to be a safe and supportive space. While it is not a therapeutic container, confidentiality is respected.
The Host agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or sensitive information shared during the session, except in cases where disclosure is required by law. This confidentiality does not extend to information that is already public, obtained through third parties, or relevant for collective fieldwork or gridwork. Where relevant to the broader energetic field, the Host reserves the right to share generalized, non-identifying patterns or insights that arise from the group space.
Likewise, Participants agree not to share or disclose personal or sensitive information from others in the group without explicit consent. If a Participant is required by law to disclose any content from the Webinar, they agree to notify the Host immediately and to provide reasonable assistance in protecting private or sensitive information from unnecessary public exposure.
4. Respectful Conduct
The energetic integrity of the group space is paramount. You agree to conduct yourself with respect and consideration for all other participants and the Host. Disrespectful, disruptive, abusive, or defamatory behavior—including bullying, gaslighting, or speaking negatively about the Host or other participants, within or outside of the group—will not be tolerated.
The Host reserves the right to immediately remove any individual from the Webinar and deny access to future offerings without refund if such behavior occurs. This includes comments made in chat, on camera, or in external spaces such as social media or private messages.
5. Rescheduling & Availability
While every effort will be made to deliver the Webinar at the scheduled time, the Host reserves the right to reschedule for professional, personal health reasons, or to accommodate a larger number of participants. In such cases, an email notification will be sent to all registered participants with the new date and time.
If you are unable to attend live, a replay will be made available to you after the session.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including non-attendance or scheduling conflicts. By registering, you understand and accept that the replay will serve as your access to the content if you cannot attend live.
7. Violation of Terms
By registering, you agree to abide by all terms in this Agreement. Any breach—whether related to intellectual property, conduct, or confidentiality—may result in immediate removal from the Webinar and revocation of access to all future offerings.
In the event of a violation, the Host reserves the right to pursue legal action, including but not limited to: injunctive relief, damages, legal costs, and any remedies available under applicable intellectual property, contract, and civil law. Jurisdiction for any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
8. Acknowledgement
By registering for the Webinar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full. Your participation signifies your legal and binding acceptance of all terms listed above.
