This Patreon exists as a more intimate space for deeper conversations, extended podcast episodes, candid reflections, personal experiences, nuanced discussions, and material I may not feel comfortable sharing publicly.
The intention of this space is not secrecy for secrecy’s sake, but greater context, trust, nuance and freedom of expression within a more intentional container.
Subscription to paid Patreon content constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not subscribe or continue access to paid content.
1. Nature of This Space
Paid Patreon content is intended as a private, members-only environment.
Content shared here may occasionally include personal reflections, relationship dynamics, private lived experiences, sensitive life experiences, spiritual inquiry, nuanced or controversial discussions, extended podcast conversations, evolving viewpoints, and material not intended for public circulation.
Some discussions may explore complex subjects including spirituality, relationships, religion, culture, geopolitics, ethics, healing, personal growth, and public discourse.
Subscribers acknowledge that Patreon content is shared within a context of trust and greater nuance than is often possible on public platforms.
2. Confidentiality & Private Access
All paid Patreon content is private and confidential by default, unless explicitly released publicly by Sundal Roy.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Patreon-exclusive podcast episodes or extended versions
paid audio, video or written content
uncensored or extended discussions
Patreon-only commentary or reflections
private lived experiences or sensitive personal reflections not shared publicly
By subscribing, you agree not to:
reproduce, repost, record, screen-record, screenshot, archive, transcribe or redistribute Patreon-exclusive content without prior written permission
publicly quote or share Patreon-only material in whole or in part
selectively clip, excerpt or circulate material in ways that materially distort context, meaning or intent
publicly share or redistribute sensitive personal information disclosed within Patreon content
distribute Patreon-exclusive content to third parties, online accounts, forums, creators, journalists, gossip pages or communities without permission
use Patreon content in ways intended to cause reputational harm, harassment, intimidation, misrepresentation, or compromise personal privacy or safety
Normal social discussion about my work, recommendations, or general reflections is not prohibited, provided Patreon-exclusive material, private details, screenshots, quotes or sensitive information are not disclosed.
3. Public Content Exception
At times, portions of Patreon discussions may later be intentionally shared publicly by Sundal Roy through YouTube, podcasts, social media, newsletters or other public platforms.
Only those specific portions intentionally released publicly are exempt from confidentiality.
Any Patreon-exclusive content, extended discussions, private reflections, uncensored sections, additional commentary, or paid-only material remain confidential and protected under these Terms.
Where uncertainty exists, Patreon-exclusive material should be assumed to remain private.
4. Context, Nuance & Evolving Viewpoints
Many Patreon conversations involve exploration, reflection, personal opinion, evolving understanding, or nuanced discussion.
Views shared may evolve over time as new information, lived experience or understanding emerges.
Subscribers acknowledge that extracting isolated quotes, clips or fragments without their surrounding context may materially misrepresent the intended meaning of a discussion.
5. Intellectual Property
All Patreon content remains the intellectual property of Sundal Roy unless otherwise stated.
Your subscription grants a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal viewing and listening only.
Subscription does not grant permission to reproduce, republish, monetise, redistribute, archive or share Patreon-exclusive content outside its intended context.
6. Opinions, Guests & Disclaimer
Patreon content is provided for educational, reflective, spiritual, discussion and entertainment purposes only.
Content may include personal opinions, lived experiences, spiritual perspectives, commentary, speculation, interpretation or discussion. It is not intended to establish objective fact, scientific certainty, or universally applicable truth claims.
Nothing shared on Patreon should be interpreted as medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial or professional advice. Please consult an appropriately qualified professional where needed.
Discussions are not intended to harass, incite harm toward, or discriminate against any individual or group, even where complex, challenging or controversial subjects are explored.
Guests, collaborators or co-hosts (including Dom) speak for themselves. Their opinions, interpretations and perspectives are their own and are not necessarily representative of my own views or positions.
7. Breach of Terms
I reserve the right to determine, in my sole discretion, how breaches of these Terms are handled depending on the seriousness, context and impact of the breach.
Responses may include:
a gentle warning or request for removal
immediate removal of Patreon access without refund
requests for takedown or removal of distributed material
copyright enforcement action
legal action where necessary
Serious breaches — including malicious redistribution, reputational harm, monetisation of Patreon material, misuse of personal information, harassment, or conduct that compromises personal privacy, livelihood or safety — may result in immediate legal escalation without prior warning.
8. Community Ethos
This space is built on trust, maturity and reciprocity.
The intention is not to prevent thoughtful discussion or disagreement, but to create a container where deeper conversations can happen with greater honesty, nuance and context than the public internet often allows.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Subscription to paid Patreon content constitutes acceptance of these Terms. By subscribing or continuing access to paid Patreon content, you acknowledge and agree to this Patreon Membership Terms & Confidentiality Agreement.
