A Space to Be Held

Terms & Conditions

Welcome

A Space to be Held has been created for women seeking support, witnessing, reflection, healing, and resonance in community.

In order to protect the depth of the work, the wellbeing of participants, and the integrity of the container, the following agreements are in place.

By applying for, purchasing, or participating in A Space to Be Held (“the Container”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

This Container is hosted by Sundal Roy, through Samsara by Sundal Roy (“the Host”), a limited liability company registered in the United Kingdom.

1. Nature of the Container

A Space to Be Held is an educational, reflective, and experiential group offering intended to support personal insight, emotional processing, energetic awareness, connection, and integration.

The Container may include elements such as group sharing, energetic work, fieldwork, reflection, teachings, transmissions, practices, and community support.

This offering is not therapy, crisis intervention, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed professional support.

No claims, guarantees, or promises of healing, transformation, or specific outcomes are made.

Participation is undertaken voluntarily and participants remain responsible for their own choices, interpretations, wellbeing, and integration.

2. Women’s Space & Participation

A Space to Be Held has been intentionally created as a women’s space. Participation is limited to women in order to support the intimacy, resonance, and safety of the Container.

Participation is subject to approval.

The Host reserves the right to decline participation if the Container is not deemed the appropriate fit, or where additional medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, or trauma-informed support appears more suitable for the participant’s current needs.

Where participation is declined prior to attendance, any payment made will be refunded in full.

3. Suitability & Scope of Support

While A Space to Be Held may involve emotional, somatic, relational, or energetic exploration, it is not intended to replace therapeutic, psychiatric, medical, or crisis support.

This Container may not be suitable for those experiencing acute psychological distress, severe destabilisation, crisis states, or circumstances requiring high-touch trauma care or ongoing intensive support.

Participants are responsible for assessing whether the Container feels appropriate for their current circumstances.

The Host reserves the right to recommend additional support where necessary.

4. Participation & Sharing

Participation is always invitational.

You are never required to share personal experiences, speak on camera, or disclose anything that does not feel supportive or appropriate for you.

Participants are welcome to engage in ways that feel safest and most supportive, including:

  • listening or witnessing quietly,

  • participating via chat,

  • keeping cameras off,

  • using a preferred display name,

  • or choosing not to share personal details.

Respect for personal pace, nervous system capacity, and individual boundaries is encouraged.

5. Private Communication Prior to the Session

If there is anything important you feel the Host should know in advance, or anything that may help you feel safer or more supported within the Container, you are welcome to share this privately before the live session.

This may include relevant context, sensitivities, accessibility needs, or practical information relating to your participation.

Due to capacity, this communication is intended for brief contextual or practical information only and does not constitute ongoing emotional support, crisis support, pre-session processing, or coaching.

6. Live Session, Recording & Replay Access

The live session will take place via Zoom at the advertised date and time.

If you are unable to attend live, a replay will be provided.

The session may be recorded and shared with participants for ongoing replay access.

By attending live, participants acknowledge that, if camera or microphone is enabled, their image, voice, name, or contributions may appear within the recording.

Participants are encouraged to use privacy options that feel supportive to them, including attending with camera off, using chat only, changing display names, or choosing not to share personally identifying information.

While every effort will be made to honour participant confidentiality, the Host reserves the right to edit, omit, or remove portions of recordings where deemed necessary to protect participant privacy, safety, or wellbeing.

Replay access is for registered participants only and may not be shared, distributed, copied, reproduced, or made publicly available.

7. Integration Support & Community

Participation includes access to a private integration group for approximately one (1) month following the live session.

Each live Container will have its own dedicated integration space intended to support gentle reflection, community, witnessing, integration, and ongoing connection between participants.

This space is intentionally slower-paced and designed to support integration rather than urgency or overwhelm. Slow mode or pacing tools may be used to encourage thoughtful participation and spaciousness.

Participants are welcome to:

  • ask questions,

  • share reflections and experiences,

  • seek peer support,

  • celebrate shifts and transformations,

  • and remain connected to the themes of the work.

While the Host may occasionally offer reflections, responses, or guidance within the integration space, participation does not include ongoing 1:1 access, guaranteed response times, crisis support, emotional caretaking, or continuous personal support from the Host.

Following the integration period, participants may be invited into a broader ongoing community intended to support continued connection, reflection, belonging, and resonance with the work.

This community may include shared discussion, occasional guidance, updates, invitations to future offerings, and opportunities for continued connection.

The Host intends to nurture this space in good faith; however, participation levels, facilitation, platform use, and community structure may evolve over time at the Host’s discretion.

8. Confidentiality & Respect for the Space

A Space to Be Held is intended to be a confidential and respectful environment.

Participants agree to honour the privacy and dignity of others by not sharing, discussing, recording, screenshotting, reproducing, or publicly disclosing personal stories, identities, experiences, or sensitive information shared by other participants without explicit consent.

The Host agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared within the Container except:

  • where disclosure is required by law,

  • where information is already publicly available,

  • or where broader themes, patterns, or collective dynamics may be referenced in a fully anonymised and non-identifying way.

Any collective reflections shared by the Host will not include personally identifying information.

9. Approaching the Work in Good Faith

A Space to Be Held is not a practitioner training, certification, supervision space, or methodology-based educational programme.

While participants may experience personal insight, activation, remembrance, inspiration, or resonance through the work, the Container is not intended to be approached as a means of extracting techniques, modalities, frameworks, transmissions, energetic approaches, practitioner methods, language, or ways of working for use in one’s own business, offerings, or client work.

Participants agree to engage in good faith and not intentionally reverse-engineer, imitate, extract, appropriate, commercialise, dilute, teach, replicate, or misrepresent the work shared within the Container without express written permission.

The Host recognises that genuine personal resonance, organic insight, or spontaneous activation may occur through participation. However, deliberate extraction or participation undertaken primarily for the purpose of reproducing or commercially applying the work is considered outside the integrity and intended spirit of the Container.

10. Intellectual Property

All content shared during A Space to Be Held — including language, teachings, structures, frameworks, transmissions, practices, exercises, recordings, materials, and methods — remains the intellectual property of the Host.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, teach, sell, publish, record, modify, commercially apply, or create derivative works from the content without prior written consent.

Unauthorised use, replication, or distribution of content may result in removal from the Container and, where necessary, legal action.

11. Respectful Conduct & Good Faith Participation

Participants agree to engage respectfully and in good faith with the Host, the Container, and fellow participants.

Behaviour that undermines the safety, trust, integrity, confidentiality, or respectful functioning of the space will not be tolerated.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • harassment,

  • bullying,

  • abusive or discriminatory behaviour,

  • repeated disruption,

  • breaches of confidentiality,

  • bad-faith participation,

  • intentional undermining of the Container,

  • or misuse or misrepresentation of teachings or participant experiences.

The Host reserves the right to remove participants from the Container or community spaces where behaviour is deemed harmful to the wellbeing or integrity of the group.

Where appropriate, this will be approached with care and discernment.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

12. Payment, Refunds & Transfers

Payment is required in full in order to secure participation.

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued, including for non-attendance, change of circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or changes of mind.

If future dates for A Space to Be Held become available, transfer requests may be considered at the Host’s discretion.

Where a participant is unable to attend live, replay access will serve as fulfilment of the offering.

13. Rescheduling by the Host

While every effort will be made to deliver the Container as scheduled, the Host reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, personal emergency, unforeseen circumstances, or situations impacting the integrity of the Container.

In the event of rescheduling, participants will be notified and access will be transferred to the new date.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information shared through registration forms, applications, email communication, Zoom participation, Telegram groups, or related correspondence will be treated with care and respect.

Information provided will be used solely for the administration and facilitation of A Space to Be Held, participant communication, and related offerings where consent has been given.

Personal data is stored and handled in accordance with applicable United Kingdom data protection laws, including UK GDPR.

For further information, please refer to the Host’s Privacy Policy.

15. Disclaimer

The Host is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, psychotherapist, counsellor, psychiatrist, lawyer, financial advisor, or any other licensed professional.

No medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice is being provided.

Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support where required.

Results vary between individuals and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

16. Right to Pause or Discontinue Participation

If, during participation, it becomes clear that a participant requires a level of support beyond the scope of the Container, or where participation is deemed harmful to the individual or the group, the Host reserves the right to pause, discontinue, or limit participation where necessary.

Where appropriate, alternative support or professional resources may be recommended.

17. Agreement to Terms

By applying for, purchasing, or participating in A Space to Be Held, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Your participation constitutes your legal and binding acceptance of these terms.
